A consortium of five shareholders, led by former Masco CEO Wayne Devine and solicitor Stephen Clarke is in advanced talks with the company with a deal expected to be confirmed in the next few weeks.
It's anticipated that the money into the company will help strengthen JockeyCam Ltd's ability to invest in tech advances.
More details will be revealed when it is appropriate to do so.
